"Enjoy the Riches of a Thriving Online and Mobile Marketplace, without Surrendering your Privacy as the Price of Admission"

We love this quote from U.S. Federal Trade Commission Chairman Jon Leibowitz. Earlier this week, the FTC issued a report asking Congress for privacy legislation in America which would, for the first time, impose limits on the collection and use of consumer data.

At CertiVox, we whole-heartedly support legislation in every country.

But even with rules and regulations, it’s still up to individual users, as well as the enterprises who deliver applications and services, to secure information from prying eyes, hackers and thieves.

According to the research firm Gartner, the personal cloud will replace the PC as the center of our digital lives by 2014. You probably already use the cloud to store music, photos, or even access your company email – more and more businesses, from Fortune 500 to small companies, are migrating to Microsoft Outlook exchange so that their employees can access files and email on the go, from any device, anytime. There is no denying that we are already migrating toward the cloud.

But ask any expert out there and they will tell you: Security of the cloud is still a concern. That is, until they learn about our PrivateSky Secure Information Exchange (S.I.X.)™ platform. We’ve been working hard to share our state-of-the-art technology with industry influencers and major companies. The reaction we’re getting so far is incredibly validating. People and companies need an easy yet powerful way to personally protect their data out in the web 2.0 world – and we provide it, in the cloud or at rest. And we’ve only just begun to share our technology!

Since we launched our public beta of PrivateSky last week, we quickly had more than 100 people sign up to be beta testers. They are already providing us valuable feedback and we’re working hard every day to use their input to make PrivateSky even better before its official launch next quarter. If you are one of these beta testers, thank you! If you haven’t yet signed up, please do!

With this much support and positive reaction to PrivateSky, we can’t wait to share SkyPin™ and SkyKey™ – two new technologies coming soon that will also revolutionize Internet security and make usernames and passwords totally obsolete.

Will the cloud truly replace our PC and mobile world? Yes, we believe it will. Why? Because our technologies enable it, making it safe and easy to do business in the cloud so that all of us can “enjoy the riches of a thriving online and mobile marketplace [in the cloud!], without surrendering our privacy as the price of admission.”

Onwards!

Brian

I have observed that in cameras, specialized receptors help to focus automatically. Higher specs cameras from time to time use a blend of both programs and ...
